Question: When are sign ups?

💡 Answer: Sign ups are on Thursdays starting at 8pm est. That is when we release the group that you will join to sign up in. (*If you are signed up to the Consultant bot, you will be sent the sign up group an hour EARLY each week.)

Question: Why do you have a separate group for sign ups?

💡 Answer: We help so many consultants each week that we were “breaking” the ticketing system when you all would sign up. We use the sign up group to “throttle” you all in there, 50 at a time to gain access to the sign ups.

Question: Why do you use a ticketing system for sign ups?

💡 Answer: Due to the amount of consultants that we help, we use a ticketing system to reduce human error and for administrative clarity. It helps us admin you all faster and know “who goes where”. We have 8 sales pages, 21 album sales and 13 link sales each week – This helps to streamline things for everyone. 

Question: How do I understand WHEN the sales I’ve signed up for will happen?

💡 Answer: There is a date on your email receipt that should say the title of the sign ups. Example: “Too Fast Too Furious Sign Ups for 8/12-8/18”

This means that if you’ve signed up for a Sunday sale for this time period, that you will be admin’d for the Sunday 8/12 sale. If you signed up for a Friday sale for this time period, you would be admin’d for the 8/17 sale.

We are also adding in the date of each sale on each ticket to help you manage your sales. ❤

Question: Are there fees to sign up?

💡 Answer: Yes. We do charge a fee to pay advertisers, for bots, email services etc. We have sales goals and teams that help run each area of our sales to help gain you all more customers to see and buy your items.
